| Delivery and pickup services are available for a nominal fee, most at $100.00 within the DFW area. To be eligible for the delivery service your order needs to be at least $150.00 in rental charges, excluding tax and Del chg. - Again, the rental charges need to be a minimum of at least $150.00 to be eligible for the delivery service, then there is the $100.00 del/pick up fee ($50.00 there and $50.00 pick up = $100.00). Our normal delivery and pickup hours are 9 a.m. To 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. Delivery is available at other times through special arrangements. Deliveries are "tail-gate" deliveries made to a dock door or garage that is immediately accessible to our trucks. Set up and take down services are available with prior arrangements, at an additional fee. Tables and chairs should be knocked down, stacked and ready for pickup. All items should be placed in the same location as originally delivered. |
| Reservation requirements; We are often asked how soon do I need to place my reservation ? We do not have a requirement of how early to reserve, but the earlier the better to ensure we will be able to have your items available to hold. To reserve, a prepayment of your charges are required. If equipment is not picked up or if reservation is cancelled, your payment will be forfeited. An instate driver's licence is required. Customer must be a minimum of 18 years old. Reserve as soon as possible |
