Q: Do I need to make a reservation?

A: Reservations are not required. It is, however, a good idea to reserve your equipment so that you know you will be able to get what you need.

Q: How far in advance should I place my reservation?

A: You should place your reservation as soon as you are sure about what items and quantities you will be needing.

 Q: How do I make a reservation?

A: You can make a reservation over the phone; we will, however, need to charge the total order amount to your credit /debit card at that time, or you can come into one of our showrooms to make a reservation, you can pay for your reservation with credit/debit card or cash.

 Q: Do you set up the equipment?

A: We can set up the equipment for an extra charge. Normally, when we deliver, we stack the items in the garage or dock area. Some items, however, do include set-up and take-down, such as Tents,

and Stage .

 Q: What if I lose or damage an item?

A: You will be charged the replacement cost on that item  ( we promise, we’ll go easy on you ).

 Q: What credit cards do you accept?

A: VISA, Master Card, Discover and most Debit cards.

 Q: What about late night, early morning, Saturday or Sunday deliveries and pick-ups?

A: Yes we can do them; please call for a quote.

 Q: How do your prices compare with those of other companies?

A: Most of our prices are the same or lower than our competitors. We offer the highest quality at a fair price.

 Q: What do I need to rent?

A: A valid Texas state ID is required on ALL rentals. You must be at least18 years old to rent.

Q: Do I need to return rental items clean?

 A: Dishware, glassware, flatware etc need to be washed and returned in their original crates. A cleaning charge of .40 per item will be charged on items returned dirty. Shake out any food or confetti from the linens and put back on hanger before returning.

Q: How are the rental items packed?

A: Equipment is clean, wrapped and in crates. Linens are clean and bagged on a hanger.

Q: Can I get a refund on un-used rental equipment?

 A: Unfortunately not, we charge for time out not time used.

Q: How does the pricing work?

A: Most prices quoted are for 24 hours. If you desire to use rental items for a longer period, please call our office for long term rates. All charges are for time out, whether used or not.

Q: What is the difference between a Pole tent and a Frame tent?

A:  Both styles can be installed on any surface. A pole tent has poles down the middle of the tent and must be anchored into the ground. A frame tent has no poles down the center. It is favorable to anchor frame tents in the ground but can be secured with water barrels.
