Everyday Quality Tent
They are our most popular tent and used for birthday parties, graduations, parking lot sales, company picnics, and backyard weddings when budget is a concern. “Everyday Quality Tents” are used on 8 out of every 10 tent rentals. These tents have been rented before and are not new. The tent will have excellent curb appeal, meaning from a distance people will be able to notice that something is going on. When up close to tent is where it will show some wear and tear and stains from previous rentals including rips and pin holes.
VIP Quality Tent
This tent is perfect for all VIP and high profile events. On this tent it will have a pristine (like new) white canopy. The price of the VIP Quality Tent is 3 times the “Everyday Quality Tent” price.
Festival Quality Tent
These are great for the non-profit groups, churches, companies and individuals with a smaller budget but are in need of a tent. These tents have been in our inventory for a few more years and are rougher looking and will show it wear, stains and tears, rips and repaired areas. We do not recommend them for weddings. They still have good curb appeal and will protect you from the rain and sun. We discount these tents at 25% off the everyday tent price list. Festival quality tents are not available in all sizes.

Call Before You Dig!
Before a tent is installed on grass or ground using steel stakes, Texas 811 dig MUST BE CALLED, at least 48 hours before tent is installed. A new, federally-mandated national “Call Before You Dig” number, 811 was created to help protect you from unintentionally hitting underground utility lines while working on digging projects. People digging often make risky assumptions about whether or not they should get their utility lines marked due to concerns about project delays, costs and previous calls about other projects. These assumptions can be life-threatening.
Every digging job requires a call – even projects like installing tents. If you hit an underground utility line while digging, you can harm yourself or those around you, disrupt service to an entire neighborhood and potentially be responsible for fines and repair costs.
AA Rental will call 811 dig for underground utility cables, such as gas, electric and telephone. The location of water/sprinkler lines is the responsibility of the customer. AA Rental is not responsibility for damage to sprinkler lines.
If AA Rental installs tent, we will call Texas 811 Dig, if our customer installs- then the customer must call. Call 811 from a cell phone or call 1-800-245-4545 or go to www.texas811.org
